Collaboration with Equal Opportunity Institutions
We partner with regional institutions to provide paid employment for people with disabilities. Through five workshops, we support 150 permanent jobs and foster the further development of skills.

World Vision - Supporting Self-Help
We support World Vision in improving health, nutrition, clean water, and education in the world's poorest regions, empowering communities through self-sufficiency.
Environmental Protection
With our environmental management system certified to DIN EN ISO 14001:2015, we integrate sustainability into all business processes.
Key initiatives include:

Digitalisation & Innovation
Partnership with Ruhr University Bochum
Since July 2018, we have collaborated with Ruhr University Bochum on an automation project. The goal is to streamline the wiring of switchgear by integrating a cable magazine and an assembly tool with an automated robot program.
Institute for Integrated Production Hannover (IPH)
Our commitment to digital assembly processes led to the development of Moonshiner, a visual assistance system designed for intuitive use. This project was launched in partnership with IPH as part of the "Mit uns digital!" program.
